At Halo Med Spa, your time and care are extremely important to us. In order to respect the time of our providers and clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee ranging from $50.00 up to 50% of the service booked, depending on the type and duration of the appointment.

First Violation Courtesy:
We understand that life happens and emergencies can arise. In these situations, your first late cancellation may be waived at the discretion of your provider and/or management.
